We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Therefore, we offer a Best-in-Industry Refund Policy for all your Purchases.

It can take 5 working days for all refunds to show on your account.

Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 14 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact pauseandplay1@outlook.com within 14 days of the purchase and we will issue you a full refund.

Please note customer hygiene and safety is paramount to our business and therefore all returned products must be in a saleable condition. Items can only be returned for refund if they are unopened, unused with all packaging and cellophane intact.

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable and reserve the right to not return non-compliant returns for health and safety purposes.

All our Professional Services are pre-booked with a Payment after which you can get on a Project Planning Call to scope out the Project and finalise the Deliverables.
